Produced originally as the centerpiece for the 2006 International Sir Walter Raleigh Festival in Youghal, Ireland, Shepherd of the Ocean is a comedy focusing on the relationship between Queen Elizabeth I and Sir Walter Raleigh.
This special performance is a headline event of the Land of Beginnings Festival and benefits the Outer Banks Forum.
Admission includes a cash bar and buffet dinner.
